    New Theme : Serene Blue

As for this new clam blue theme, it is specially dedicated to "Aya Kitou", original writer of "Ichi Rittoru no Namida," a book which sells for over 1 million copies in Japan alone.

Serene Blue depicts the simple but strong scene of this blog. Besides, "simple but strong" complies to Aya's wish and message she delivered through her handwriting in the book "Just being alive is such a lovely and wonderful thing."

For more, from this drama, I learn to love myself and every personalities around me more.

Enjoy this new theme, the Serene Blue.

    Party on 2th August

We are discussing about the potential party on 2th August at my house.

This would not be my biggest party, but a last one.

However, I would like to complete this plan for my sake, and to the PS Group future.

    "Ichi Rittoru No Namida"

    Synopsis

    Photobucket

15-year-old Ikeuchi Aya was an ordinary girl, the daughter of a family who works at a tofu shop, and a soon-to-be high schooler. However, odd things have been happening to Aya lately. She has been falling down often and walks strange. Her mother, Shioka, takes Aya to see the doctor, and he informs Shioka that Aya has spinocerebellar degeneration - a terrible disease where the cerebellum of the brain gradually deteriorates to the point where the victim cannot walk, speak, write, or eat. A cruel disease, as it does not affect the mind in the least. How will Aya react when told about her disease? And how will Aya live from now on?
This beautifully moving drama is based on the real-life struggles of a 15-year-old girl named Aya who suffered from an incurable disease, but lived life to the fullest until her death at 25. The script is based on the diary Aya kept writing until she could no longer hold a pen. The book that later followed entitled “One Litre of Tears" has sold over 1.1 million copies in Japan alone.

Aya's only wish was “to live." By carefully depicting Aya's earnest desire to live, and the love of her family, friends, and lover, the drama, “One Litre of Tears" wishes to deliver her simple but strong message: “Just being alive is such a lovely and wonderful thing." ---Fuji TV
Based on a true story, One Litre of Tears is about the life story Kitou Aya (1962-1988) a girl who had an incurable disease called Spinocerebellar Degeneration Disease (also known as SCA type 2; spinocerebellar ataxia type 2)at a young age of 15. Although the girl in the drama - Ikeuchi Aya, lived in the 21st century, her character was based on Kitou Aya's life, how she struggled and fought her disease and how she wrote her deepest thoughts until the last day she could hold a pen. Before she died, her writings were published including the poems she wrote while she is staying in a school for the disabled. This gave new hopes to people who suffers the same disease as she did and soon Aya received letters of appreciation and thanks from those people. At the age of 25, she succumbed herself into a sleep where she could no longer feel any pain.

Ichi Rittoru no Namida is a heart-warming drama that will make people happy for the simple fact that they are alive, and will give hope to those who suffers from diseases and will make them think positive about living instead of giving up easily.

I give this drama two-thumbs up!

    For my personal Comments

Ichi Rittoru No Namida is not just a novel or drama or movies, it is a proof of existence.

Ichi Rittoru No Namida = 1 litre of tears.

I rate this drama the highest rating ever. Despite beautiful comments and poems, Aya's wish is a powerful magnitude to greed healthy and living people. IT IS SO TRUE THAT, when watching this drama, WE WILL BE GRATEFUL THAT WE ARE ALIVE IN A HEALTHY CONDITION. Her only wish is to deliver her simple but strong message "Live now, Love yourself the way you are." This message can be a great motivation for everyone who is losing faith. That is her intention to help other people, both who has the same disease as hers or those who are not.

I recommend this drama, not because it is a sad one, BUT a great one. You will learn to value your life highly.

I, again, give this drama, the greatest scores there ever be.
